I make mine to be snug fitting across the browbone to gently hug your acupressure points there, to promote relaxation, reduce anxiety & all around better sleep.
The front measures approx 9 inches wide (see photo) and the elastic stretches out to approx 25 inches. 100% cotton print, 100% Cotton Batting middle and backing is satin or sateen to be gentle on skin & strap is also satin or sateen to protect hair from breakage.
One size generally fits all, strap stretches out to 20 inches & 9 inches of mask, so if you measure your head & it’s more than 30 inches around please reach out & I’ll make yours a tad larger.
Handwash recommended, lay flat to dry. All fabrics are prewashed & shrunk.
All items are spray sanitized before shipping.
